In the Zeeland landscape flaunts this chic villa designed by Lab32 Architects. The contemporary architecture deviates from the norm in the fishing villages around Yerseke, but that is precisely why this is such a special home for architect Loek Stijnen. The design, with mostly white and glass walls, is enhanced by dark details and a gold-colored solid facade screen.

The minimalist-style living spaces and large windows create an exceptionally light and sleek interior. To compensate for the lack of soundproofing materials, OWAplan was chosen. Our seamless, acoustic ceiling system provides pleasant, home-like acoustics. The unparalleled high finishing capabilities, ensure that it forms an immaculate whole with all other interior elements. For example, the black light points are concealed in the ceiling to the millimeter. The unique construction of OWAplan also ensures that no expansion joints were necessary.
