A villa – two faces: a strict precise style toward the sea with geometric, angular shapes – and a soft, playful architecture and concave-convex curves reminiscent of sails. In the center is a cypress tree, representing a mast to which, according to the epic, Odysseus is said to have tied himself to protect himself from the sirens.
The villa fits aesthetically-harmonious and practically-efficiently into its natural surroundings. FIN-Slide sliding doors and FIN-Vista frame walls in combination with glass-covered exterior window frames guarantee not only a grandiose view, but also maximum light. The aluminum and plastic surfaces – both in white satin finish – are low maintenance and are also resistant to sun, heat, wind and rain. The high density of the frame profiles and the plastic in the core always ensure excellent insulation values and reduce energy consumption.
