The residents wanted a wellness garden with the latest technological innovations. However, the garden could not lose its sustainability. That is why the garden is equipped with the latest Domotica, with which you can control light and sound. You can do that with your smartphone or tablet, for example. It provides a pleasure to live in and above all you use energy consciously.

It doesn’t stop there. The roller deck of the swimming pool is equipped with solar cells. At times when you are not using the pool, you roll out the deck. The swimming pool can then be heated by solar energy.

Safety in the garden
Do a modern wellness garden and children go together? We can fully answer “yes” to that. The wellness plateau is furnished with a swimming pool. A ceramic tile was chosen for the tiling. A clean tile with a surface that does not become slippery, does not attract algae and is easy to clean. This way the children can play safely on the plateau.

The swimming pool not only has a recreational function. The water from the swimming pool also serves as an extra buffer for the sprinkler system in the garden. An additional safety measure, taken in connection with the thatched roof.
