OWA Benelux makes entire range of acoustic ceiling systems available as CAD/BIM drawings

OWA Benelux introduces a new website feature that makes its full range of acoustic ceiling systems available as CAD/BIM drawings and specification texts. From now on, architects can quickly and easily incorporate the required information for acoustic ceiling solutions into construction drawings. The new feature optimizes work processes and increases efficiency.

Quickly compile CAD/BIM drawings
Using a simple drop-down menu, construction professionals now easily put together their desired ceiling product online, including suspension system, type of battens, ceiling color and more. The drawing is automatically generated based on the latest product information, then the file can be processed directly into a construction drawing.

Programs
The CAD/BIM drawings are compatible with the following programs:
– REVIT
– ARKEY/Adomi with ASD (dhg)
– IFC (a.k.a. SketchUp)
– 3D AutoCAD Dwg
– 3D Dxf

It is also possible to download individual components of the ceiling systems. All downloads are free, with no payment or entry of personal information. A tutorial video easily shows how to work with specification texts and CAD/BIM drawings on owa.co.uk.

A simple search for the right ceiling
Earlier, OWA Benelux expanded its website to include application areas, allowing users to easily find the right ceiling product for virtually any type of space within offices, schools, healthcare, retail, industrial and leisure. With information on industry trends and guidelines such as sound absorption and longitudinal sound insulation, OWA further guides users through the world of acoustics. The result is a user-friendly website packed with important information for professionals in the construction industry. With this, OWA Benelux confirms its commitment to customer satisfaction and efficiency.
