The Hub Ghent reopens its doors

The number one source of inspiration for interior designers

After a year of renovation work, Ghent’s attraction for (interior) architects is back open to the general public. “Just over a year ago, the launch of the new Hub in Antwerp made it clear how wide the opportunities around inspiring and experiencing design are and how quickly trends evolve,” says Camille Verstraete, CEO of The Hub. “The conclusion that The Hub Gent should also be able to follow was quickly made. After all, we want to continue to inspire our audience with the latest innovations.”

Nearly one year later, The Hub Ghent has been completely transformed into a brand new space. The ground floor still houses the experience center of partner Woodstoxx, but the upper floor is almost unrecognizable. So Camille and her team, are proud to present this new collaboration of 33 top design companies. Together with the creative agency Maister, which handled the design, and architectural firm Twee Twaalf, which took care of coordination, they joined forces to make this unique, inspiring meeting place possible.

The ultimate goal? To inspire as many interior designers as possible with the latest developments in the interior and design sector and provide them with a space, where they can go with clients to discuss plans and make choices around materialization. In fact, The Hub is more than just an inspiration space: it is a crossroads where industry creatives host events, meet like-minded people, hold project meetings and get product advice.
