Stone, dark wood-look joinery and a long stretch of light set the tone as soon as you enter the renovated villa. The custom kitchen natural stone<\/a> composition sits at the centre of daily life, with a broad island, a small bar and a round dining table pulled close to the windows. The room reads as one continuous working space, but each zone has its own pace: cooking at the island, eating by the glass, and moving down to the gym through a screened stair opening.<\/p>\n

That is also true of the bedroom and private rooms shown in the project: wall panels, concealed storage and small lighting gestures keep the surfaces quiet while the materials carry the detail.<\/p>\n

Glass, stairs and the gym below<\/h3>\n

In the kitchen, the stair opening is screened with glass and leads down to the gym beneath. It is a compact move, but it changes how the room works. The glazed edge keeps the floor plane visually open, so the kitchen remains the main gathering space even with a lower level connected to it. Black metal framing around the glass adds a crisp outline, matching the other structural lines in the house. It is a practical insertion, yet it also helps define the interior\u2019s layered section.<\/p>\n

That sense of depth appears again in the smaller rooms. A bathroom vanity with a stone top, a WC wrapped in dark marble-like surfaces and a suite with timber wall panels all repeat the same controlled contrast. No single room tries to dominate.
