The eye reads the space from edge to edge. White paving runs close to the water, while the darker pool frame and the surrounding wall keep the composition firm. It is an outdoor setting built around movement, rest, and a direct view across the swimming area.<\/p>\n<h2>A rectangular pool set against a light terrace<\/h2>\n<p>The pool sits at the centre of the composition like a measured cut through the garden. Along one side, a row of pool loungers follows the waterline, each one placed with enough space between the terrace and the edge to keep the route open. The terrace itself is minimal white, with long lines that pull the eye outward and make the surface read as one broad plane. Near the water, the darker border and the visible waterline sharpen the contrast instead of softening it.<\/p>\n<p>Closer to the ground, the project shifts from paving to planted and gravel zones. The pool itself stays rectangular and calm, with reflections marking the surface and a clean line separating water from the surrounding garden.<\/p>\n<h2>Surface changes that keep the plan readable<\/h2>\n<p>What makes this modern garden with pool easy to read is the way each surface has a clear role. The white terrace carries the circulation. The gravel and pebble areas slow the eye down. The lawn opens space at the perimeter, while the dark boundary wall closes the garden with a strong edge. Even the planting around the tree is set within a controlled round opening, so the soft elements remain tied to the same disciplined geometry.<\/p>\n<p>The covered seating area also works as a visual counterweight to the water. Its wood tones sit against the pale paving and white walls, and the columns create a rhythm that repeats across the upper level. In the background, the wall line stays restrained, allowing the pool, terrace, and pergola to carry the scene. The project never depends on ornament.
