The path itself is straight and practical, a clear strip between planting areas that helps the garden read as a sequence of rooms. There is a deliberate openness here, but it is shaped by structure: wall, water, deck, bed, path.<\/p>\n
Doorkijkjes toward the landscape are used carefully. They are not broad openings that flatten the garden, but narrow views that keep the rural surroundings present as the body moves through the space. That restraint suits the pool terrace well. It lets the water remain the central object while the countryside stays part of the experience. The whole setting feels composed around movement, pause and outlook, with each line leading to another surface or frame.<\/p>\n
What makes the project work is the clarity of those relationships. The pool terrace is the main surface, the covered outdoor area is the social hinge, and the planting provides the soft boundary between house and garden. Around that core, the fire feature, plunge pool and evening lighting add variation without crowding the plan. It is a garden built around use, but the strongest impression comes from how the views are held open, then released again into the wider landscape.<\/p>\n
