Water slides toward the horizon, while white volumes and natural stone hold the hilltop ground beneath them. The house reads in layers: a stone base, pale walls, a veranda set open to the landscape, and glazed railings that keep the sightlines clear. It is a villa with infinity pool, but the composition is broader than that single gesture. Every outdoor move seems calibrated to frame the panorama and to keep the terraces connected to the interior.

Stone, white walls and a cut of shadow

From outside, the building is built on contrast rather than ornament. Natural stone sits beside white masonry and plastered surfaces, with vertical slats breaking the light across the façade. A round opening appears as a small but distinct feature in several views, softening the harder edges around it. The house does not flatten itself against the greenery; it stands in clear volumes, with the stone portions giving weight to the upper white sections. In this natural stone villa, the material shift is what sets the rhythm.

Glazing opens between the solid parts, and the frames are kept slender enough to avoid interrupting the view. Some openings are broad and direct, others sit deeper under overhangs or behind slatted screening. That variation matters. It gives the exterior a changing surface as the light moves, and it also makes the villa with panoramic view feel tied to the slope rather than placed on top of it. The terrace edges and patio corners carry the same material logic, with stone walls anchoring the outdoor rooms.

The infinity pool as part of the landscape line

The pool sits where the property begins to drop away, so the overrun edge becomes part of the long view. Turquoise water meets the horizon without a heavy border, and the surrounding planting pulls the eye back into the site. Seen from the terrace, the pool is not an isolated feature. It works with the hillside garden, the stone retaining wall and the white lamella front behind it. The result is a villa with infinity pool that uses the view as a structural element, not a backdrop.

There is a clear dialogue between water, wall and sky. One image shows the pool edge almost level with the far view; another places it against green slopes and a clouded horizon. The surrounding garden is not heavily shaped. Instead, the planted edge, the stones underfoot and the low walls keep the setting grounded. This is where the landscaped garden does its quiet work: it softens the transition from architecture to terrain without hiding either one.

Open veranda rooms and terraces that stay in use

The open veranda feels closer to a room than to a passage. Slender columns, a double-height opening and glass balustrades give it depth, while the roof plane keeps the space readable from the outside. Light filters through the slats and catches on the floor, and that shadow line gives the veranda its own scale. It is one of the clearest double-height veranda moments in the project, and it explains how the house shifts between enclosure and exposure without breaking the plan.

Nearby terraces form smaller pockets of use. One patio is held by a natural stone wall and edged by pale vertical screens, with hanging lamps tucked under the cover. Another outdoor corner is more contained, almost sheltered by the wall around it. These are not decorative leftovers. They extend the villa with panoramic view into daily movement, offering places to sit, pause or look out, each one shaped by stone, shade and the slope beyond.

Glass balustrades and a clear line of sight

Across the upper edges, the glass balustrade keeps the horizon open. It is a simple intervention, but it changes how the terraces and stairs read. Instead of a heavy guardrail, the view continues through the perimeter, and the steel structure stays visually light. The same clarity appears in the interior transitions, where glass returns along stairs and landings. The building keeps exposing its structural joints, but never in a way that competes with the panorama.

Inside, the height changes the pace

Once inside, the double height becomes the main spatial event. Glass walls bring the garden and sky into the room, and a round opening high above adds a subtle focal point. Natural stone reappears at wall surfaces and along the stair zone, where it meets the transparent balustrade and the metal frame. The contrast is straightforward: heavy surface against light edge, opaque wall against open corner. That tension gives the interior with natural stone its clarity.

The stair sequence is especially direct. Stone surfaces run beside the rise, while the rail stays nearly invisible so the movement upward remains uninterrupted. In one view, the landing is framed by a monumental stone wall; in another, a glazed handrail and vertical steel bars mark the edge of the floor opening. These details do not just decorate circulation. They make the route legible, and they let the interior keep its connection to the rooms outside the frame.

A custom kitchen with stone-look fronts

The kitchen shifts the palette again, but only slightly. Cabinet fronts are smooth and stone-like, with a polished surface that catches light in long bands rather than reflections. The built-in volumes read as monoliths, and the wood accents interrupt that cool surface at the right places. Instead of adding contrast for its own sake, the joinery keeps the lines clean and low. It is a custom kitchen that belongs to the same material family as the house without repeating the exterior exactly.

That restraint makes the room easier to read. The fronts carry the weight, while the wood brings a softer grain to the storage and work zones. Nothing feels overdrawn. The kitchen sits within the broader interior sequence as a calm, fixed element, one that supports the movement between veranda, stairs and bedroom spaces. In a project built around view and openness, that kind of measured enclosure matters more than ornament.

Bedroom surfaces with stone underfoot

The master bedroom changes texture rather than plan. A pebble-like floor covers the room, and the small stone pieces give the surface a different sound and grain from the smoother rooms elsewhere. Large openings pull the landscape directly into the view, while wood accents in the room keep the material palette from becoming cold. The bed area stays simple, but the floor does much of the visual work here. It marks the room as a quieter pause inside the villa.

In another sleeping and wash area, wood reappears in the vanity and storage, set against a stone-like wall finish. The mix is restrained and practical, but the surfaces still carry the architectural language of the house: stone, glass, wood, light. Nothing is pushed forward as a feature for its own sake. Instead, the rooms continue the same sequence found outside, where material shifts and view lines define how each space is used.

Garden details that hold the site together

Beyond the main terrace, the garden is marked by a sculptural standing stone and a path set through planting. It is a small intervention, yet it gives the slope another point of focus. The stone does not mimic the architecture; it simply echoes the weight of the villa’s masonry and the vertical emphasis of the slatted screens. Around it, trees and low ground cover soften the harder surfaces and keep the landscaped garden from feeling overworked.

Seen as a whole, the project moves from solid to open, from shaded to exposed, and from stone to glass with little friction. The villa with infinity pool is strongest where those shifts are most visible: at the veranda, along the terrace edge, beside the stair wall and through the kitchen and bedroom openings. It is a house that keeps the view in play while using material differences to make each part of the sequence readable.

Stone and white volumes, open veranda spaces, glazed balustrades, a terrace edge and a warm interior palette shape this villa.
"_yoast_wpseo_estimated-reading-time-minutes":"
3071
post-1153104","hoog_project","type-hoog_project","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","hoog_category-zwembad-inspiratie
<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.4 (Yoast SEO v27.4) -
