With a ceiling that suddenly “drops” in one part almost six meters down. The two floors are connected by a beautiful spiral staircase covered with hand-woven French stair cover. The penthouse also features a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a study room and a small dressing room. At the entrance, a cobalt blue “island” acts as the center of the ground floor. The “island” also ensures effective routing within space.
