The dilapidated buildings from 1666 have been restored and are ready for a new rich future.\n\n&nbsp;\n\nThe wealth of the golden age has been brought back into the interior so that the spirit of the rich trading past will continue to breathe through these properties at the golden bend. The luxury and opulence of the Baroque contrasts with the aesthetics of this modern era. This is down to earth, experimental, innovative and sexy.\n\n&nbsp;\n\nThe result is an eclectic combination of modern and classic with theatrical lighting, using the technique of chiaroscuro.\n\n&nbsp;\n\nRaw masonry next to perfectly upholstered walls.
