This new construction barn house in Eerbeek is designed with a closed facade to the public road with driveway, but is completely open on the garden side. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
These are the first choices based on the busy road with noise, view and privacy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The large garden and surrounding meadows offer the opposite – tranquility, views and privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The house stands with its longest facade parallel to the road. The finest spaces to stay such as the sitting room, dining room and kitchen are placed back to back and all have maximum views of the meadows through a long glass front.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the rear facade and partly on the right side facade a luxury bedroom with private bathroom was created. This room also has beautiful views of garden and meadow and gives maximum privacy. Lovely bath with a view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The house with garden is designed so that the thatched roof on the street facade almost flows into the planting of the garden. An almost closed and dense facade where the main focus is on the material use of thatch on roof and on facade and the horizontal wooden facade planking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
