That there would be remodeling was certain, but while preserving the old elements of the home. For example, the ceiling moldings and stained glass add a lot of atmosphere to this kitchen space. To emphasize the atmosphere of the kitchen space, the kitchen design was kept sleek, choosing handle-less fronts, for example.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The use of color in the kitchen provides a nice contrast. The black fronts are Fenix material, which has an incredibly matte effect. The kitchen worktop, on the other hand, is white and contrasts nicely with the fronts. This worktop is manufactured in Italy and made of ceramic, a beautiful product with strong material properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the residents&#8217; wishes was to create a true living kitchen. The kitchen designer fulfilled this wish by creating a spacious island, with a kitchen bar that has room for four people. Around the island is enough space for extensive cooking, while the sink area has a modest spot. The generous kitchen island&#8217;s size gives a sense of pure luxury, but so do the tall cabinets. Because these extend to the ceiling, the height of the room is subtly emphasized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  This modern kitchen features an induction cooktop with extractor fan. This eliminated the need for an exhaust hood, and created a beautiful see-through view. All the appliances in this kitchen are by Pelgrim, including the two multi-function ovens and the warming drawer.
