Stone leads the eye here, then the joinery takes over. A long run of tall cabinets stretches across the kitchen, broken only by a recessed niche where storage slips back into the wall. The stone treatment makes the room feel measured rather than decorative.<\/p>\n

Niches and lighting sharpen the edges<\/h2>\n

One image shows a niche near the ceiling, framed by pale stone edges and a built-in light point. The opening looks cut from the wall rather than attached to it. Light catches the recess, while the surrounding planes stay quiet. That same logic appears in the kitchen, where built-in lighting<\/a> follows the cabinet wall and highlights the niche instead of washing the whole room in light. Nothing is oversized. Nothing is overstated.
