This return policy applies to all purchases you make through the HOOG.design NL B.V. online store. It\u2019s important to us that you\u2019re satisfied with your purchase. If you\u2019re not, you can return your order under the terms and conditions below.<\/span>

1. Cooling-off Period: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal<\/b>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n

You have the right to cancel your order within<\/span> 14 days of receipt <\/b>without giving a reason (the statutory right of withdrawal). The cooling-off period begins on the day after you\u2014or a person designated by you\u2014receive the product.<\/span><\/p>\r\n

If your order consists of multiple products that are delivered separately, the cooling-off period begins on the day you receive the last product.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

2. How to Request a Return<\/b>\u00a0<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    1. Notify <\/b>us of<\/span> your return within 14 days <\/b>of receipt by emailing info@hoog.design. Please include your name, order number, and the product you wish to return. You may also use the model withdrawal form (see the bottom of this policy).<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    2. You\u2019ll receive a <\/span>confirmation<\/b> from us with instructions and the return address.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
    3. Send the product <\/b>back <\/span>within 14 days <\/b>of notifying us. Notifying us on time and sending it back on time is sufficient; the package does not need to arrive at our location within those 14 days.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

      • During the cooling-off period, please handle the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack and inspect the product just as you would in a store.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
      • Please return the product as <\/span>complete<\/b> as possible <\/span>and in its original condition<\/b>, including any protective packaging.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
      • If you handle the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and characteristics, and this results in a reduction in value, we may deduct this reduction in value from the refund amount.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

          • You are responsible for the costs of <\/span>returning <\/b>the product, unless we indicate otherwise in advance.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
          • We will fully refund the <\/span>shipping costs you paid when placing the order <\/b>(based on the standard shipping rate).<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

              • We will refund the full purchase price (including the original shipping costs) within<\/span> 14 days <\/b>after you have notified us of your return.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
              • We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned product, or until you have provided proof that you have returned it\u2014whichever comes first.<\/span><\/li>\r\n
              • The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used to make the purchase. We will not charge any fees for this.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

                The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products. This includes, among others:<\/span><\/p>\r\n

                • Products made to your specifications or that are clearly of a personal nature (custom-made and personalized items).<\/span><\/li>\r\n
                • Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.<\/span><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

                  If an exception applies to your order, we will clearly indicate this on the product page.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

                  7. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product<\/b><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

                  Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@hoog.design. We\u2019ll resolve this for you free of charge\u2014either by replacement or refund. In that case, we\u2019ll cover the return shipping costs.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
