{"id":396359,"date":"2022-12-24T00:25:03","date_gmt":"2022-12-23T23:25:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hoog.design\/almond-cake-with-raspberries-blueberries-and-meringue\/"},"modified":"2022-12-24T00:25:10","modified_gmt":"2022-12-23T23:25:10","slug":"almond-cake-with-raspberries-blueberries-and-meringue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hoog.design\/en\/almond-cake-with-raspberries-blueberries-and-meringue","title":{"rendered":"Almond cake with raspberries, blueberries and meringue"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>For 12 people<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>About this dish<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>DessertFor<\/strong>12 people<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p><strong>Cake<\/strong><br\/>220 g sugar<br\/>4 eggs<br\/>1 tsp vanilla extract<br\/>160 g self-rising baking flour<br\/>\u00bd tsp salt<br\/>120 g almond flour<br\/>150 g butter<br\/>125 g raspberries<br\/>125 g blueberries<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Meringue<\/strong><br\/>4 proteins<br\/>100 g sugar<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Materials<\/strong><br\/>&#8211; guard<br\/>&#8211; peeler<br\/>&#8211; scraper<br\/>&#8211; food processor<br\/>&#8211; large bowls<br\/>&#8211; gas torch (blow torch)<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Cake<br\/> &#8211;<\/strong>Preheat oven to 160 \u2103, lower and upper heat. Melt the butter on low<br\/>fire, do not let get too hot.
