{"id":397481,"date":"2022-12-24T09:38:59","date_gmt":"2022-12-24T08:38:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hoog.design\/fregola-with-cavolo-nero-prawn-and-roasted-tomato\/"},"modified":"2022-12-24T09:39:06","modified_gmt":"2022-12-24T08:39:06","slug":"fregola-with-cavolo-nero-prawn-and-roasted-tomato","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hoog.design\/en\/fregola-with-cavolo-nero-prawn-and-roasted-tomato","title":{"rendered":"Fregola with cavolo nero, prawn and roasted tomato"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>\n  <em>Starter<\/em>\n<\/strong>For 4 persons<\/p>\n\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Fregola<\/strong><br\/>1 st small onion<br\/>1 clove of garlic<br\/>125 g frigola<br\/>\u00bd tsp tomato paste<br\/>\u00bd glass of white wine<br\/>4-6 leaves of cavolo nero<br\/>(kale or other types of cabbage<br\/>alternatively)<br\/>500 ml chicken\/shrimp broth<br\/>\u00bd lemon<br\/>knob of butter<br\/>4 sprigs of parsley<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Prawn and tomato  <\/strong><br\/>8 pcs prawn<br\/>12 pcs cherry tomatoes<br\/>\u00bd tsp vegetable oil<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Materials<\/strong><br\/>&#8211; teppan<br\/>&#8211; strainer<\/p>\n\n<p>Preparation<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Fregola<br\/> &#8211;<\/strong>Have the broth ready to boil. Add the heads and peels<br\/>of the prawns for extra flavor.<br\/>&#8211; Prepare the cavolo nero by taking out the coarse veins and the rest in<br\/>cut pieces (2\u00d72 cm). Finely chop the parsley.<br\/>&#8211; Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.<br\/>&#8211; Preheat a saucepan on the induction hob, setting 7.<br\/>&#8211; Saut\u00e9 the onion and garlic until translucent, then add the fregola. half a minute already<br\/>Stir-fry through and then add the tomato paste. Bake for a while again and<br\/>Deglaze with the wine.<br\/>&#8211; Let boil until almost all the wine has evaporated. Then add half of the<br\/>add broth and turn down the heat so that it comes to a gentle boil.<br\/>&#8211; After about five minutes, add the cavolo nero and a little more broth if necessary.<br\/>&#8211; Simmer until the pasta is tender, adding more broth as needed.<br\/>&#8211; At the end, add the butter, parsley and lemon juice to taste.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Prawn and tomato<br\/> &#8211;<\/strong>Preheat the teppan on the highest (not boost) setting.<br\/>&#8211; Put the tomatoes and prawns both in their own bowl and add the oil and<br\/>Add pepper and salt.
