Spanjers Architect

Campine country house

Thanks to a very driven and demanding client, Spanjers Architect was able to draw a beautiful country house in Kempian style. The house consists of a composite volume. The main volume, which provides space for the house, is covered with a gable roof at right angles to the secondary volume, in which the garage is located.

The building is built entirely from very high-quality and luxurious materials, giving the whole a very stylish look. For the facades, an improved old terminal block in a subdivision format is used and processed in cross-connections. The frames, doors and shutters are partly made of untreated padouk and partly painted in the lamp-black color. The use of heavily dimensioned bluestone elements and a number of special processing of the masonry give this villa a luxurious and thoughtful appearance. The roof is covered with “Pottelberg Vieilli” tiles smothered in red and blue.
