House HO Bonheiden

When the client looked at his new building plot on Google Earth, he saw that his future neighbor had an architectural office. After the introduction, it turned out that the style and approach of the office perfectly matched the wishes of the client.

The challenge of the plot lay in the fact that the backyard is oriented north. The design and concept of the design are an answer to this. The L-shape and the lower part on the west side ensure that the house can fully enjoy light and sun.

The interior and the landscaping are fully in line with the language of the architecture. The various invisibly concealed sliding doors play an important role in this. That way, the home office may or may not be involved in the sitting area. This also applies to the TV corner. If desired, the bathroom can also be completely connected to the dressing.

The house has an E level 5 and is BEN thanks to good insulation, airtightness and state of the art techniques.
