Modern villa garden in Capelle aan den IJssel

Groenregie took care of the construction of this complete garden around a recently built villa in Capelle aan den IJssel.

The modern garden fits seamlessly with the atmosphere of the stylish light house with thatched roof. The courtyard has a serene atmosphere, where the beautiful natural stone tiles of Brazilian slate, river gravel, Buxus clouds with Japanese Maple and the black pergola play a role. Through the large windows behind the courtyard, the residents have a beautiful view of the very large backyard with a natural swimming pond with large deck and the beautifully landscaped borders in shades of blue and purple.

The swimming pond garden is lower and is accessible via the wide steps of curved concrete to the large step tiles of Brazilian slate in the lawn. A pool house has been built on the left side of the large swimming pond, matching the architecture of the house, with an adjoining spacious platform of low-maintenance composite. The pool house is fully equipped with a kitchen and an outdoor shower, which has become a nice place for relaxation, fun and lots of (swimming) fun.

The vertical walls of the swimming pond are made of durable hardwood, which are covered with an EPDM foil. The pond edge is finished with a sleek, metal U-profile. A biological filter with swamp planting and various technical installations keep the pond crystal clear.

The planters in this modern villa garden in Capelle aan den IJssel have been carefully constructed to create optimal growth and flowering. The lush border parallel to the pool consists of graceful grasses and many perennials in shades of blue and purple.

Tall hedges have been planted to the left and right of the garden to provide the necessary privacy at the house. Large evergreen shrubs and existing fruit trees provide comfort in the swimming pond garden.

Behind the swimming pond garden, the existing orchard, which fits into the surrounding landscape, has been preserved and provided with extra high plants on the back and left yard borders to hide less beautiful objects.

The modern villa garden in Capelle aan den IJssel has been kept very quiet at the front of the house and has again been laid out with craftsmanship and attention. Here the garden is functionally furnished to create sufficient parking space and a clear entrance to the house.

A newly placed and custom metal entrance gate, beautiful paving of yet again Brazilian slate and river gravel, beautiful yew clouds, evergreen bottom covers and purple ornamental onions provide a fitting picture for the villa.
