The name of the new collective is UAU\u2019collectiv, pronounced \u201cWOW\u201d. It has Romance origins and is an expression of amazement. UAU is a palindrome that conveys strength; it reflects the power and passion that bring different disciplines together in one collective. The three architectural practices each bring extensive experience in a range of fields and are joining forces to respond more quickly and in a more tailored way to client needs, take on larger projects, and raise the overall level of quality even further.
\n\u201cFor us, the new collective should become a creative platform and a think tank. We want to create flexible buildings for public authorities, companies and private clients alike. Commercial projects also deserve an upgrade. A building must be strong and radiate power. The collective allows us to work within a solid organisation, where everyone receives recognition, freedom and respect, and can fully develop their potential. The goal is complementarity: each architect will continue to work with the same approach and client contact as before. For them, very little changes.
