De cultuur van Occhio is er een van openheid – zowel wat betreft ideeën als in ruimtelijke zin. Transparantie, toegankelijkheid en nabijheid spelen een grote rol. Toch vereisen sommige dagelijkse zakelijke taken discretie. Het functionele herontwerp van het directiekantoor was een creatief proces dat tot doel had functie en emotie, evenals innovatie en traditie, onder één dak samen te brengen. Met andere woorden: alles wat nodig is om het zelfbeeld van een merk als Occhio te laten stralen.
