We have adapted the entire layout of the farm in such a way that all sightlines are now focused on the view of the estate. The living room is subtly separated from the kitchen by a see-through fireplace. This fireplace is covered with leather. The cooking island and dining table are beautifully set up in the heart of the farm and both have the same dimensions. To the left and right of these objects are two thick walls in which the necessary equipment has been incorporated. The utility room is positioned behind the left wall and the play/game room behind the right wall.

The living room and kitchen have a beautiful cast floor. The ridge has been made visible over the entire floor, creating a beautiful height experience. In the bedroom we have placed the bathroom in a small “house”. This house is completely separate in space and separate from the roof, making it an icon in the space. The bed is positioned against the head of the house and there is a niche for your reading gear.
