…waar we geloven dat je best trots mag zijn op je huis en je smaak. Bij Pronck maken we prachtige woonproducten die gezien mogen worden. Van met de hand vervaardigde betonnen aanrechtbladen tot elegante koperen kranen en stijlvolle tegelspoelbakken, we streven naar perfectie in elk detail.
Al tien jaar lang zijn wij gespecialiseerd in de mooiste producten van beton en terrazzo. Inmiddels doen we veel meer dan dat, al langere tijd werken we aan onze koperen kranen maar zijn we bij veel mensen ook bekend met onze Messing Patina Spoelbakken en de prachtige buitenkeukens die we de laatste jaren veel maken.
Their Instagram photos look veeery different than what they deliver. After coming 2 times at my house with the wrong countertop they delivered and installed a third time a version of such a poor quality that I could hardly belive it. One corner was completely damaged, and the front edge was chipped in over 30 places on rhe 2.85m lenght. They fixed some of the chipped portions using a differebt color concrete. The patch up work on the corner looks awfull.
On top of that the countertop is not level, the cooktop does not sit correctly into it. They also failed to show up for a measurements appointment and did not both to call.
I’ve explained each point clearly at every step. They still missed one piece of the drain that they confirmed 3 days before delivery.
Via email they said to me they are satisfied with the result and quality and did not bother to address my point of this service not being worth everything that I paidn
They hide behind the custom made label an accute lack of skill. My experience is that they are good at Instagram and nothing else.
