The renovation of this 1960s townhouse, architect Hubert Semal’s former private residence, aimed to preserve the original soul of the house as much as possible, but then adapted to the needs and comfort requirements anno ’21. The changes feel like it has always been this way. This is due to the optimization of the spatial layout, and to the perfect alignment of existing and new materials.
