1. Cooling-off Period: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (the statutory right of withdrawal). The cooling-off period begins on the day after you—or a person designated by you—receive the product.

If your order consists of multiple products that are delivered separately, the cooling-off period begins on the day you receive the last product.

2. How to Request a Return 

1. Notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt by emailing [email protected]. Please include your name, order number, and the product you wish to return. You may also use the model withdrawal form (see the bottom of this policy).
2. You’ll receive a confirmation from us with instructions and the return address.
3. Send the product back within 14 days of notifying us. Notifying us on time and sending it back on time is sufficient; the package does not need to arrive at our location within those 14 days.

3. Return Policy 

• During the cooling-off period, please handle the product and its packaging with care. You may unpack and inspect the product just as you would in a store.
• Please return the product as complete as possible and in its original condition, including any protective packaging.
• If you handle the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and characteristics, and this results in a reduction in value, we may deduct this reduction in value from the refund amount.

4. Return Shipping Costs 

• You are responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless we indicate otherwise in advance.
• We will fully refund the shipping costs you paid when placing the order (based on the standard shipping rate).

5. Refund  

• We will refund the full purchase price (including the original shipping costs) within 14 days after you have notified us of your return.
• We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the returned product, or until you have provided proof that you have returned it—whichever comes first.
• The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used to make the purchase. We will not charge any fees for this.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products. This includes, among others:

• Products made to your specifications or that are clearly of a personal nature (custom-made and personalized items).
• Products that are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

If an exception applies to your order, we will clearly indicate this on the product page.

7. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product

Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll resolve this for you free of charge—either by replacement or refund. In that case, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
