Otten van Eck

Otten van Eck is an architecture studio led by Christel van Eck and Rob Otten. With an integrated approach, the duo finds the balance that allows the exterior to strengthen the interior, support it, or flow into it naturally. By bringing together two disciplines and examining each project from both perspectives, they create a dialogue that ensures every possibility is considered.

Lovers of space and architecture

Christel van Eck studied graphic design and spatial presentation in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Her educational background and professional experience contribute to her design vision, in which new techniques and insights are continually applied. After working for several years as an independent designer, she founded Otten van Eck together with Rob Otten. Rob Otten studied civil engineering and architecture. He gained extensive design experience at architecture firms in the Netherlands and abroad. He specialises in translating the universal values of light, air and space. His love of construction and his ability to technically translate design into durability make Rob Otten a master in shaping architectural aesthetics.
