Rory Macpherson

Rory Macpherson is the founder and creative director of Play Associates, established in 2011.

Rory studied interior architecture at the prestigious Inchbald School of Design in Knightsbridge, London, where he won the Principal’s Prize on graduation. At just 23, he went on to work for a renowned design studio, focusing on super-prime homes and yachts in the UK and Italy.

To date, Play Associates has completed a dozen houses, offices and bars in and around London, as well as a family home in Cape Town. Current projects include a large family home in Primrose Hill, three luxury apartments in Kensington, Chelsea and Mayfair, a mansion flat in Maida Vale, and commercial London offices in Soho and Fitzrovia.

Rory also leads Play Property Ltd., a property development company, together with his father, Lord Strathcarron. Three London apartments are currently being refurbished for sale.
