All of this takes place in the context of the undeveloped site or the existing building, and in harmony with the immediate surroundings and neighbouring buildings.

When it comes to renovation, VIAZ has developed extensive expertise over the years in renewing buildings while preserving their high-quality elements. The balance between demolition and preservation is a delicate one that continues to fascinate us. Every project is approached with respect for the place and for the new residents or users.

Our projects mainly include new-build, alteration, renovation and interior design for single-family and multi-family homes, as well as commercial properties, office interiors, retail spaces and hospitality venues.
