Unity with nature defines this country home by Maas Architecten, where material and detail shape a warm and personal living environment.
At the core of the project is our American Walnut in a rare Country Vintage grading. Executed in wide planks with random widths of 25–45 cm and finished in an Extra Faded Ultramatt Poly, the floor brings a natural richness to the space. Heart cracks, knots, and varied grain give each plank its own character, creating an expressive and organic appearance.
Rather than a uniform surface, the floor introduces depth and variation, forming a calm and grounded foundation throughout the home.
