Cubyc Architects

CUBYC ARCHITECTS is the Bruges office of the architect-partners Peter Ysenbrandt, Stéphan Vanderheyde and Jan Muys. They are assisted by their staff architect Tim Serlet, interior architect Kira Michiels, architect Ngo Ba Dat and architect Jasper Senaeve. The company was founded in 2001, out of the need and the desire to provide answers to potential clients in an increasingly complex legal framework and technicality of the construction process. The underlying idea was and always is that the result of the sum is greater than the separate parts by deploying people where they excel.

Serenity is the basis for a clear plan. At CUBYC Architects, this applies to all projects, both for large office buildings and homes. The plans must be clearly legible in order to become liveable in reality. The highlights of CUBYC Architects certainly include the headquarters of Omega Pharma in Nazareth, whose ‘content’ is purely and clearly legible in the design, the Seacat apartment building in Zeebrugge, Chocolatier Depla in Bruges and the Heleblitz Of ces in Damme.
