The architectural firm Otten van Eck is driven by Christel van Eck and Rob Otten. Through an integral approach, the duo knows how to find the way in which exterior reinforces, supports or naturally merges into the interior. Combining two disciplines and analysing a project by both brings about a dialogue that ensures that all possibilities are considered.

Lovers of space and construction

Christel van Eck has in the past completed an education in graphic design and spatial presentation in ’s-Hertogenbosch. Her study background and work experience contribute to her vision as a designer in which new techniques and insights are continuously applied. After having worked as an independent designer for a number of years, she founded the company Otten van Eck together with Rob Otten. Rob Otten has completed an education in construction and architecture. At architectural firms oriented in the Netherlands and abroad, he has gained much experience as a designer. He specialises in translating universal values of light, air and space. The love for construction and the knowledge to translate technically into sustainability make Rob Otten a master in mastering architectural aesthetics.
