Modern craftsmanship

The architect designed a villa with the typical wood paneling in the facades, but using the latest technologies. In place of wood came boards that incorporated the insulation cores. So you got the authentic look of a cottage, but without the danger of cracks and with maximum ease of maintenance. The traditional large chimneys on such cottages once served as drains for huge fireplaces and thus were not to be missed on the complex roof of this villa.
