Modern custom interior with warm luxury finishes

Marble-look surfaces set the tone from the first view, but the strength of this custom interior lies in the way each room uses a different material to keep the same clear language. White cabinetry, light wood, black accents and soft lighting move through the kitchen, bathroom, walk-in storage area and living room without breaking the line. The result is a modern interior with a measured, lived-in feel rather than a display of isolated elements.

Kitchen with a marble-look countertop

The kitchen opens with a long worktop that reads like marble and catches the light against matte white fronts. Its surface gives the room a crisp edge, while the cabinetry keeps the composition quiet and direct. A round seating detail appears near the counter, softening the straight run of cabinets. In the background, large glazed openings and pale walls keep the space bright, so the finishes stay visible without needing extra decoration. This is where the custom kitchen sets the material tone for the rest of the project.

What stands out here is the restraint in the joinery. Handles stay visually low, lines remain clean, and the dark faucet marks a clear point against the pale stone pattern. The kitchen does not rely on contrast alone; it uses proportion and surface changes to do the work. That approach connects it to the wider luxury custom interior, where every room repeats the same discipline in a different register.

White fronts, dark details, and clear sightlines

The mix of white cabinet fronts and darker accents keeps the kitchen from feeling flat. Instead, the eye moves from the countertop to the verticals of the cabinetry and then out toward the rest of the home. Even the seating element seems chosen to sit lightly within that order. Because the room is open and bright, the marbling reads as pattern rather than ornament. It becomes a visible surface, not a statement piece forced into the layout.

Bathroom with a double vanity and marble-look top

The bathroom shifts the same material idea into a more compact setting. A bespoke vanity stretches across the wall with two basins set into a marble-look top, and the long horizontal line makes the room feel orderly from the moment you enter. Ceiling spots are placed to wash the surface evenly, so the finish of the countertop and the fronts beneath it stays visible. The space feels precise, but the materials keep it from becoming cold.

Dark-framed glass appears at one side of the room and adds a sharp boundary against the pale surfaces. That contrast gives the bathroom structure without crowding it. The vanity itself is the main object: flat fronts, integrated basins and a surface that echoes the kitchen while taking on a calmer role. In a project like this, the custom bathroom does not break away from the rest of the house. It extends the same palette in a tighter, more controlled composition.

Light placed to flatter the surface

Lighting in the bathroom is kept close to the ceiling, where the spots create an even field across the stone look and the cabinetry below. There are no dramatic effects here. The light simply reveals what is already present: straight edges, a clean basin line, and the subtle movement in the top. The room depends on that clarity. It lets the material choices stay legible, which is what makes the bathroom read as part of the same custom interior rather than an isolated room.

Storage under the sloped ceiling

Under the pitched roof, the joinery becomes more architectural. Wood-fronted storage follows the line of the slope, using the ceiling shape instead of fighting it. Built-in spots are placed along the angle, and the light reaches across the surfaces in a way that keeps the wood visible right to the edges. This is the most spatially specific part of the project, because the storage does more than hold items; it resolves a difficult corner and turns it into a clear piece of the plan.

The textures here are quieter than in the kitchen or bathroom. Pale flooring, light walls and the rhythm of the wood doors make the area feel ordered and compact. Nothing is overdrawn. The cabinets are measured to fit the roof line, and that fit is what gives the room its presence. A walk-in closet or storage zone like this works best when the joinery looks as if it belongs to the shell of the house, and that is exactly the impression created here.

Wood fronts and ceiling spots under the roofline

The ceiling spots do more than provide light. They draw attention to the slope, the depth of the cabinetry and the calm run of the wood fronts. Small shifts in tone appear across the grain, while the rest of the room stays understated. That makes the storage feel built-in rather than added. It is a practical solution, but it also becomes one of the clearest examples of sloped ceiling storage in the project.

Living room with a built-in TV wall

In the living room, the joinery turns horizontal again. A built-in TV wall anchors the space with low cabinetry, open niches and warm internal lighting. The light sits inside the shelves rather than above them, so the openings glow softly instead of shining toward the room. Wood panels and darker elements keep the wall grounded, while the surrounding textiles and pale floor let the unit read as a calm fixed point. It is a strong example of a built-in TV wall used as furniture rather than decoration.

The wall also carries the project’s clearest lighting detail. The illuminated niches pull the eye in without overwhelming the rest of the room, and their glow sets off the texture of the wood around them. The composition stays low and deliberate, which makes the television area feel integrated into the room’s proportions. In a modern interior like this, that kind of restraint matters: the joinery holds the room together by giving it a clear line to rest on.

Material rhythm across the whole interior

Across all four spaces, the same palette keeps returning in different combinations. Marble-look surfaces appear in the kitchen and bathroom. Wood adds warmth to the storage area and the living room. White and beige create the larger field, while black details sharpen the edges. Ceramic tile, glass and textile appear as supporting materials rather than dominant ones. Because the rooms are shown through their surfaces and built-ins, the project reads as a complete custom interior rather than a collection of separate design moments.

The lighting follows the same approach. Ceiling spots brighten working zones and edges, while niche lighting in the living room adds depth to the joinery. Nothing is overlit, and nothing is left in shadow without reason. That balance of materials and illumination gives the project its calm. It also makes the craftsmanship visible: the cut of the cabinet fronts, the fit under the sloped ceiling, the run of the countertop and the way each built-in element sits in place.
