Three exclusive urban villas a transformation of a former household school in the Zeeheldenkwartier in The Hague. Studioschaeffer’s work was a great starting point for us. We arranged each of the three exclusive villas in a unique way in keeping with the design and architecture of the home. No classical layouts, open voids, sight lines, and yet an intimate atmosphere per room.

Due to the unique shapes of the villas, we started working from the core of the homes to an ideal interior design. Due to the specific needs from the interior design, adjustments were made to the layout. The use of exclusive materials and soft shapes has resulted in a warm minimalist design with intimate spaces. Everything is conceived to perfection.
