GOLF HOUSE
To preserve the view of the majestic four-hectare park surrounding the building, Golf House was designed as a family home embedded into the sloping landscape.
The entrances are positioned at the rear of the building to emphasize the landscape and the view of the small lake. The expansive indoor pool area is on the same level as the outdoor pond, creating a sense of topographical continuity.
Sustainable and timeless materials such as concrete, stone, metal, and wood come together to create a harmonious interior. The wooden floor provides a gradual transition to the outdoors. The interior walls have been intentionally left raw, allowing the concrete to highlight the textures and materials: from the velvet and leather upholstery of the armchairs to the veined marble and grained wenge wood of the furniture.
Like a theatrical stage, the kitchen stretches along the length of the space. Faucets from the OPUS collection, designed by architect Bruno Erpicum, elegantly contrast with the quartzite countertop.
The OPUS collection was also chosen for the bathrooms, reflecting timeless, iconic forms that stem from the essence of architectural design.
