This concerns our own renovation project in Menen, where the old kitchen behind was replaced by a new kitchen at a different location.

in other words:

-whereby the dining room / reception area of ​​the past was replaced by the kitchen.

-in which the former dining room / reception room was moved to the former entrance hall, which at that time was merely used as circulation and storage space.

From now on the new “living kitchen” contains a good interaction with the existing living space which was absolutely not the case before.

The entrance hall and reception room are further defined and contain, in addition to the spacious conference table, a whole of wall cabinets that function as storage room for the large collection of material samples.

Furthermore, the old 4-part entrance gate was replaced by a new construction in which a spacious glass entrance door was provided centrally. This provides more transparency and must cause a threshold-lowering effect.
