Commitment to sound
In the quest for perfection, everything counts, according to Yuri. Based on a very early culinary commitment, Yuri developed his classic style over many years, working with a variety of top chefs. While welcoming their customers is his wife Jessie’s main activity, their shared passion is serving beautiful, honest food creations that exude creativity and passion. Located near the bustling center of Eindhoven, Wiesen is comfortably relaxed and extremely focused on client well-being.

Music in the kitchen
Yuri believes that “music helps the creative juices flow. When things get too hectic and overwhelming, we just turn on a tune and we can concentrate. Music can play an important role in motivating staff, as well as promoting the creative process.”

A Michelin star does not mean Yuri is changing his philosophy. He is there to cook for his guests and always mingles with them to get feedback on his creations and general appreciation.
