Spanjers Architect made the design for a stately country house on an estate in Breda. The contours of the building are based on the old dilapidated house that stood on the plot. The palette of materials and colors is simple and fair: natural wood and reed combined with black and white. This combination of materials creates a modern and chic appearance of a building with a very classic shape. Lots of glass and two covered terraces at the rear provide an optimal connection with the beautiful estate on which the house is located.
