Steel staircase with floating oak treads
This floating steel staircase has a bottom that should catch the eye even at the entrance to the house. The thick, seven-centimeter solid oak steps are not connected to the wall, but only to the floor through thin steel bars. The straight part of the staircase is only connected to the steel tube which also threads the glass balustrade with a steel frame.
The oak was allowed to be robust, the steel refined and the result stunning. Challenge accepted!
Location: Hengelo
