Villa construction with pool in a modern country house

A white wall surface, dark masonry and black window frames set the tone before the house is even read as a whole. In this villa construction with pool, the lines are direct: a gable roof with thatch-look roofing, tight window openings and volumes pulled hard against each other. From a distance the composition stays calm; up close, the shifts between render, brick and glass become visible. That contrast gives the modern country house its pace, and it is the first thing the exterior makes clear.

White render and dark masonry hold the volume together

The facade is built from white render broken by dark masonry around openings and projecting parts. That gives the house more depth than a flat white shell. Black window frames draw the openings sharply and make the glass stand out against the masonry. Above, the thatch-look roof covering softens the roofline, while the gable form keeps the rural profile recognisable. This villa construction with pool does not depend on ornament. It relies on proportion, on the scale of the volumes and on how light lands on the surfaces.

From the driveway side, the layout reads symmetrically. Gravel guides the route toward the entrance and leaves the approach legible without hard edges. Beside the house, lawn separates the volumes from the plot, while young trees and raised planting beds add another layer to the frontage. Even the gate and fencing with vertical slats fit that strict order. Everything is straight, yet the setting does not feel bare; the structure simply gives direction to the terrain.

Gravel paths in the garden lead toward the water

The outdoor layout is built from clear gestures. Gravel paths cut through the garden and connect the house with the open areas around the water. The lawn sits tight against the facade and acts as a quiet field beneath the harder materials. Along the edges, stone-like planting beds appear, filled with planting that breaks the lines without disturbing them. It is a garden of gravel, grass and stone that reads easily in scale and keeps the route through the plot clear.

Next to the house lies the long rectangular pool with a stone terrace edge. That edge marks the water in a direct way and draws a hard line between terrace and basin. Around the pool, the space stays open, so the water keeps the lead in the garden composition. The relation between pool and paving is compact and restrained; there are no loose additions, only a clear reading direction from facade to water and back again. In this villa construction with pool, the exterior is carried by sightlines and material choice.

A garden that keeps the route readable

Seen from inside the garden, the route is set out in gravel and stone. The straight paths carry you past the house, along the planting beds and toward the pool. Because of that arrangement, the sightlines stay long. Young trees and the open lawn keep space between the different parts of the plot. The result is a structured garden in which the house does not sit apart from the ground, but is anchored into it. The garden is not filled; it is organised.

At several points, the outdoor area is composed of hard edges and softer fields. The stone terrace edge at the pool meets the gravel surface, while the grass forms a quieter layer beneath both. That gives the outside a clear distinction between walking, sitting and looking. The house remains visible from several positions, helped by the open planting and the straight lines in the layout. Even while moving through the garden, the route stays readable.

Large windows open the living space to the garden

Inside, the pace changes but not the clarity. The open living space with large windows brings in a strong amount of daylight and pulls the garden into the room. White walls, recessed lighting and a light ceiling line keep the space open, while the wood floor gives the interior a steady base. The glazing works as more than a view; it becomes a threshold. The outside remains present even when you stand indoors, which is why the room feels connected to the plot without losing its calm surface.

In the living room, the relationship between floor, wall and opening carries the whole space. The wooden boards set a warm base under the strict linework of frames and glass. Horizontal blinds appear at several windows, so daylight can be filtered without blocking the view of the garden. That adjustable layer is visible in the images as part of the window zone itself, not as decoration. It makes the opening more nuanced and keeps the room from feeling flat.

Black frames, glass doors and a covered terrace

The sliding and door zone toward the outside is one of the strongest links in the interior. Large glass panels open the living area to the terrace and connect it directly with the pool and lawn. Because the frames are black, the edges of the opening remain crisp and easy to read. Light falls deep into the room and moves across the wood floor, while the white walls keep the interior visually open. Here the house shows how the large windows are used as a spatial move, not as a decorative gesture.

The covered terrace with glass doors is another visible transition. Its white surfaces, glass doors and clean floor finish extend the line of the interior outward without interrupting it. This makes the threshold between inside and outside easy to follow. The terrace sits between the open living space and the garden, and the black framing keeps the boundary precise. It is a controlled passage rather than a separate room, and that is what makes the transition feel so clear in the photographs.

The kitchen and dining area continue that openness. The large windows bring the garden right up to the table edge, so the outside view becomes part of daily use. The floor runs through without a break, keeping cooking, sitting and looking on the same level. White walls and the dark window frames create a quiet frame around the room, while the wood floor prevents the interior from becoming cold or hard. In this part of the house, the same materials return with a different emphasis: glass, timber and daylight shape the room.

What stands out most is how the villa construction with pool treats the relationship between house and plot. The exterior uses white render with dark masonry, black frames and a thatch-look roof to give the building its profile. The garden answers with gravel paths in the garden, lawn, raised beds and a long rectangular pool. Inside, the open living space with large windows and the wood floor keep that same directness. Nothing is overdrawn. The project is readable because each part is doing a visible job.
