Contemporary transformation of a villa in Dadizele from the 80s.

It is a villa that according to the spirit of the 80s could be described as modern, where I was instructed to transform the entire ground floor. Since the spaces were okay in terms of proportion, the transformation had to take place through other aspects. are being brought.

The focus was mainly on the circulation among themselves as well as on the aspect of light (both daylight and artificial light) and the further filtering out of superfluous matters in order to subsequently add an appropriate contemporary interpretation to it. All passages were raised and provided with a more architectural integrated closure. The spacious entrance hall with toilet, cloakroom as well as the 2-part living space received the most attention. The kitchen only received a limited update, which was not enough to form an exception to the rest.
