Villa with sophisticated balance
Modern and transparent architecture, but then warm and atmospheric, and in harmony with the surrounding agricultural landscape. Those were the frameworks within which we started to design a villa.
Leading role for masonry
The result is two slender wings, built parallel to each other. A glass staircase provides a connection. Much attention has been paid to the choice of masonry. The elongated Kolumba stone from Petersen reinforces the horizontal architecture. The color is chosen exactly so that the villa blends beautifully into the landscape. Yet the house is certainly not unremarkable. We created an exciting contrast by balancing the wings on the edge of a mound.
Closed and open character
To guarantee the privacy of the residents, the house on the side of the public road has a closed character. At the rear, on the other hand, we use a lot of glass to experience the beautiful landscape as optimally as possible. Below the house, dug into the mound, there is a luxury wellness area with an adjoining terrace.
