White Villa Heiloo
Jeroen de Nijs White Villa Heiloo Due to the ribbon development, this street has been created from Heiloo to Alkmaar over the centuries. We have realized these two detached villas on this large plot of approximately 2500 m2 near the forest. Both houses have approximately the same floor plan and content, but differ in terms of atmosphere and materialization. By giving the main volume a modest content, they blend in well with the historical rhythm of the houses in this leafy street. The additions next to and behind the house make it spacious and modern. Extra volume is created underground and accessible via the ramp. Municipal preconditions required a gable roof. A bed and bathroom have been realized in the main room. In the basement is a laundry room, wellness and garage. The top floor has bedrooms for the children. The sun shines through the entire house through the many large windows. There is a large living room between the south and west facade. The spacious living room and kitchen are adjacent to the various terraces and garden
