An inclusive construction process
The construction process is a complex undertaking involving many parties. We attach great importance to the architect’s central, connecting role. Through smooth, strong communication, all construction partners are brought together to bring every project to a successful conclusion. As an architectural practice, this allows us to create an inclusive building process in which everyone is connected.
Building Information Modeling
Throughout the entire process, we use the BIM (Building Information Modeling) principle. When a design is developed according to this principle, geometry and information are linked from the very beginning. This results in a more efficient and faster construction project with fewer errors. In the ArchiCAD BIM software package we use, all designs are developed in both 2D and 3D. As a result, it is always possible to walk through our designs as if you were playing a video game. Every design can also be viewed in Virtual Reality for a lifelike representation.
Virtual reality
By closely following the latest technologies, we can offer all our clients a 3D model in Virtual Reality. This increases empathy and creates a realistic experience.
Drone
The DJI drone is always in our backpack. This allows every project to be viewed from a new perspective. Site monitoring also becomes much more accurate.
