Renovation Amsterdam

What started with the request for a roof structure resulted in intensive cooperation in the conversion of an outdated bungalow into an imposing villa, including a design for the garden. Our client had a house with a certain grandeur in mind, which we translated into powerful vertical lines. These are visible in the narrow high windows, the facade finish and the detailing of doors and fitted wardrobes. The renovation has changed the entire house beyond recognition: the bungalow has become an imposing villa, twice the size with spaces for living and working in the middle and the bedrooms and bathrooms in the two side aisles. The heart of the house is the large dining table from the ZOEN by ENZO collection. Here the resident likes to read his newspaper and dine with his guests. The resident is so enthusiastic that he regularly opens his house as a reference project.
