Luxury fitted kitchen with marble-look countertop

AE Knokke unfolds through a sequence of wood, glass and pale stone tones. The strongest reading comes from the luxury fitted kitchen with marble-look countertop, where a dark sink zone cuts into the lighter surface and the cabinet fronts stay deliberately quiet. Across the images, the same language returns in the hallway, the living space and the bathroom: straight lines, restrained hardware, and light that lands inside niches instead of spilling everywhere at once.

Kitchen & custom cabinetry

The kitchen is built as a wall of fitted elements rather than a loose arrangement of units. Wood veneer fronts run in a clean line beside a marble-look worktop, and the darker sink area gives the surface a clear point of use. In one view, a lower run of cabinets sits against a white wall; in another, the composition turns upward into tall storage with integrated niche lighting kitchen details. That lighting does not announce itself loudly. It sits back inside the joinery and traces the depth of the cabinet wall.

The luxury fitted kitchen with marble-look countertop appears in several variations, each one showing a different part of the same measured composition. One image frames the worktop near a glass opening, another shows the tall wood wall with illuminated recesses, and a third places the marble-look island in front of the viewer with the dark sink zone set into the surface. The effect is not decorative layering. It is a disciplined use of material changes: pale stone, warm timber, dark fittings and a clean edge where each surface meets the next.

Worktop, sink zone and light

The most legible detail is the marble-look worktop with dark sink zone. Because the basin area is visually darker than the rest of the surface, the counter reads in two parts: a broad working plane and a concentrated service zone. Above and around it, the wood fronts keep the kitchen from becoming hard or cold. The fitted cabinetry stays minimal built-in cabinetry with wood accents, and the glass openings within the wall break up the mass with a few precise reflections. The result is calm, but not static; the niches and openings give the run of cabinets a rhythm.

Materials that stay visible in the joinery

Wood veneer is the recurring material, and the grain remains visible rather than flattened away. It softens the geometry of the cabinets and marks the vertical planes in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. Against that, the marble or marble-look surfaces are smoother and lighter, often carrying the room visually from one zone to another. The wall finishes around them are plain and pale, which lets the fitted elements hold the focus without extra detailing. In this project, material contrast does the work that ornament would normally do.

The furniture and built-ins are not presented as standalone objects. They read as part of the architecture. Dark handles, narrow gaps, glass inserts and a few reflective surfaces keep the cabinetry legible, while the wood tones prevent the rooms from turning into a single pale field. The same logic appears in the custom kitchen wood veneer and in the bathroom wood panel wall with marble-look tiles, where the junction between the two materials is kept straight and exact.

Stone-like surfaces beside smooth walls

The lighter walls stay almost neutral, which makes the other finishes more specific. In the kitchen, a white backdrop lets the cabinetry and worktop set the tone. In the bathroom, the marble-look tile wall sits beside a wood panel wall, and the meeting line between them is one of the few visible transitions in the room. Nothing is overdrawn. The surfaces are clean enough to show the shape of the room itself, including the lower edge of the toilet area and the plinth line beneath it.

Living space and dining area in the same visual language

The living room image shows the kitchen continuing into a dining setting, with a round table in wood and hanging lamps dropping from above on pale cords. The table is simple in form, but it echoes the timber used elsewhere in the project. Behind it, the kitchen front and marble-look surfaces remain visible, so the room does not break into separate scenes. Instead, the dining area sits beside the joinery as a softer counterpoint, with the light fittings marking the centre of the room.

This part of the project works through alignment. The tabletop, the cabinet fronts and the nearby glazed opening all share the same preference for straight edges and quiet transitions. Even where the view widens, the surfaces stay close to the wall planes. That is what keeps the interior readable: a wood-and-stone palette, low visual noise, and a layout that lets the fitted elements hold the room together without calling attention to themselves.

Hallway, entry and the way rooms connect

The hallway is narrower and more linear, with wooden doors set into a straight run and ceiling lights leading the eye forward. A glass partition opens a view to the adjacent room, so the passage never feels cut off. The same material cues repeat here in a more subdued register: smooth walls, timber surfaces and restrained hardware. It is a short route, but it carries the project’s main idea from one space to the next without changing tone.

That transition matters because the project is not limited to one showcase room. The entry and circulation areas use the same fitted approach as the kitchen, only with fewer elements and more open wall space. The result is a clear visual link between the interior zones. The wooden doors, the glazed opening and the overhead lighting all keep the hallway aligned with the rest of the house-like interior, so the movement from one room to another remains visually consistent.

Bathroom details in wood and marble-look tile

The bathroom image moves the material story into a smaller, more compact setting. A wood panel wall stands beside a marble-look tile wall, and the boundary between them is deliberately straight. The pale tile surface reflects more light, while the wood panel adds a vertical grain that echoes the cabinetry elsewhere in the project. Because the room is shown in detail, the eye also catches the base level and the clean edge around the sanitary fittings.

Seen next to the kitchen, the bathroom does not introduce a new language. It reuses the same one with different proportions. Wood, stone-like surfacing and light walls stay in place, but the room becomes tighter and more enclosed. That is what makes the bathroom wood panel wall with marble-look tiles relevant to the whole project: it confirms that the material palette was carried through more than one room, with the same control over joints, edges and visible planes.

A restrained palette, carried through every room

Across the series, the palette stays consistent: warm brown timber, white and light beige surfaces, marble or marble-look tops, and dark accents in taps, handles and sink areas. None of these elements is used in isolation. Each room depends on the others to complete the reading of the interior. The fitted kitchen, the hallway, the living area and the bathroom all use the same restrained set of materials, but each space gives them a different scale and purpose.

What stays with you is the precision of the joins and the clarity of the surfaces. The luxury fitted kitchen with marble-look countertop is the clearest expression of that approach, but the project extends the same discipline into the surrounding rooms. That continuity is visible in the wood veneer, the illuminated niches, the glass openings and the marble-look finishes, all handled with enough restraint that the rooms can speak through material and light rather than through decoration.
