In the polders, transforming a barn into a fashionable guesthouse and spa was the client’s request. Contrast is the key word here. The use of dark colors and rich materials contrasts with the interior of the house next to the barn, where everything is sober and lightly toned.
That way you can go on vacation or a night out without moving. The connection between the two buildings, introduced in warm wood with brass details, transports you to a world of meeting and relaxed enjoyment. Carpe Diem!
