Project Boxmeer
A villa from the 1970s, has undergone a substantial expansion and renovation, where an increase in living space and great transparency and accessibility to the garden and a covered terrace were important, without taking light out of the living room.
By applying Livium Louvre roofs, this requirement was met, with the canopy integrating fantastically into the addition. Chris Kokke transformed this villa into a sleek, modern villa, completely in keeping with the times.
Chris Kokke Architect is based in Cuijk, from where he works on very diverse projects: from urban designs to utility buildings, serial housing, individual homes and renovations. The future of building lies in contemporary, individual and, above all, energy- and resource-saving architecture.
