We completely fitted this Cape Town villa of no less than 1200m2 with European oak flooring. The floor has a top layer of European oak and an underlayer of waterproof birch plywood, this combination makes it a rock-solid product. This floor is fully machine oiled, this provides a strong and hard-wearing protective layer.
